Olympic Channel create Boxing Road to Tokyo daily show using Cloud Studio

Five days of shows covering European Qualifier streamed exclusively by Olympic Channel created and recorded using Reactoo’s technology.

The Boxing – Road to Tokyo European Qualifier event took place at Le Grand Dome, in Paris on 4th – 8th June with 168 boxers from 37 countries chasing 61 Tokyo 2020 Olympic quota places.

Over the 5 day of Qualifiers, Charlie Webster and Nicola Adams OBE, British former professional boxer, hosted the Olympic Channel daily show. They followed the action of the European Qualifier stage, watching video highlights of the various matches and discussing the performance of the boxers fighting for a place at this summer’s Olympic Games.

The watchalong virtual event was created and recorded using Reactoo’s Cloud Studio platform which allowed the producers to connect the presenters via webcam, and vision mix pre-recorded packages into the broadcast. The event had the look and feel of the Olympic Channel throughout, and was streamed exclusively to their website and dedicated YouTube Channel.
